Customers can use the European Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) Platform available at /http://ec.europa.eu/odr/ - a unified portal that provides access and allows EU consumers and traders to settle disputes that have arisen.
The alternative dispute resolution (ADR) between consumers and traders is an out-of-court conciliation on a voluntary basis.
The Conciliation Commission assists in reaching an agreement between consumers and traders in connection with disputes arising over contracts for the sale of goods and the provision of services.
The Conciliation Commissions are formed on a regional basis and the competent authority to resolve disputes between Traders and Consumers is the General Conciliation Commission with its seat in Sliven and region of activity - the Region of Sliven.
